Contract Id : Pb-infra-04-2024 Contract Name : “construction Of Secondary School Building (phase Ii) In Pag-asa Island” Contract Location : Brgy. Pag-asa, Kalayaan, Palawan Project Description/scope Of Work : Construction Of One (1) Storey Concrete Building Approved Budget For The Contract (abc): Php 3,500,000.00 Contract Duration : 180 Calendar Days Cost Of Bidding Documents : Php 5,000.00 2. The Municipal Government Of Kalayaan Through 20% Development Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Above Stated Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Abovementioned Contract, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected And Declared Non-complying In The Financial Bid Opening. 3. The Municipal Government Of Kalayaan Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Invites Contractors To Submit Bids For The Abovementioned Contract. Completion Of The Works Is Required For The Above Stated Contract Duration. To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 75% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation/joint Venture With Pcab License For Size Range “small B” (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (c) Net Financing Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc. 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria In The Eligibility Check And Preliminary Examinations Of Bids As Specified In The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184). 5.
