The Municipality Of Kalayaan Through The Mdrrm Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (php 395,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Diesel Intended For Provision Of Fol For Pre-positioning And Operation Of Mdrrm Floating Assets. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Diesel Intended For Provision Of Fol For Pre-positioning And Operation Of Mdrrm Floating Assets. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
