The Municipality Of Kalayaan Through The Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Pesos & 00/100 (php 189,820.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Vacuum Sealer Machine And Assorted Supplies Intended For Mdrrm. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Vacuum Sealer Machine And Assorted Supplies Intended For Mdrrm. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
