The Municipality Of Kalayaan Through The Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Eighty-four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-five Pesos & 00/100 (php 184,485.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Diesel Intended For Mobilization Of Construction Materials For Project In Pag-asa Island. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Diesel Intended For Mobilization Of Construction Materials For Project In Pag-asa Island. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
