Description Invitation To Bid For The Provision Of Meals, Snacks & Accommodation During The Basic Incident Command System Training On February 10-13, 2025 1. The Municipal Government Of Kabayan, Through The Annual Budget, Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (php340,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Provision Of Meals, Snacks & Accommodation During The Basic Incident Command System On February 10-13, 2025 With Identification Number Pr25-01-020. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Kabayan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On The Indicated Date Of Activity/training. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years Prior To The Deadline For The Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipal Government Of Kabayan And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00am To 5:00pm On Weekdays. 5.
