The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan Through The Economic Development Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 2.800,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Package 3- Edf 1st Semester Cy 2024-construction Of Government/public Infrastructures In Kabacan, Cotabato. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan Now Invites Bids For Package 3- Edf 1st Semester Cy 2024-construction Of Government/public Infrastructures In Kabacan, Cotabato. Completion Of Works Is Required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
