The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan, Through The Office Of The Mayor Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (p 2,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Meals & Snacks For 77th Founding Anniversary Different Activities. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan, Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Meals & Snacks For 77th Founding Anniversary Different Activities. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On August 13-18, 2024. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
