Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan, Now Invites Bids For The For Procurement Of Room Accommodation For 3-days Training For Basic Incident Command System Course To Be Held In Davao City On March 18-20, 2023. Eligibility Of Bidders Must Be At Least Holding A Red Membership In Philgeps. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement-small Value Procurement As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
