Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Guimaras Municipality Of Jordan Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For The Construction Of Satellite Transport Terminal Phase Ii Invitation To Bid No. 2024-060 1. The Municipal Government Of Jordan Through The Cy 2024 - 20% Development Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Pesos Only (php 5,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment For The Project Construction Of Satellite Transport Terminal Phase Ii Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Jordan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of Work Is Required Within Eighty Three Calendar Days (83) Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedure Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Ra No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Municipal Government Of Jordan And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Bids And Awards Committee Office During Office Hours From 8:00 Am To 4:00 Pm. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On October 29, 2024 At The Bids And Awards Committee Office And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos (php 5,000.00). 6. The Municipal Government Of Jordan Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On November 8, 2024 (thursday) 2:00 Pm At The Bids And Awards Committee Office. 7. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through Manual Submission At The Bids And Awards Committee Office On Or Before November 21, 2024 (monday), 9:30 Am.
