The Local Government Unit Of Jasaan Through Its Bids And Awards Committee Intends To Procure A Service Provider (entertainers / Artists) – Jasaan Town Fiesta With An Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of Nine Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos And 00/100 (php 925,000.00). 2. The Local Government Unit Of Jasaan And Its Bids And Award Committee (bac) Negotiates Technically, Legally, And Financially Capable Suppliers For The Said Project. 3. The Procurement Procedure For This Requirement Is Negotiated Procurement For Scientific, Scholarly Or Artist Work Exclusive Technology And Media Services Pursuant To Section 53.6 Of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. I. The Requirement Is For: A. Work Of Art; Commissioned Work Or Services Of An Artist For A Specific Artist Skill (e.g., Singer, Poet, Writer, Painter, Sculptor, Etc.); B. Scientific, Academic, Scholarly Work Or Research, Or Legal Services; C. Highly-specialized Life-saving Medical Equipment, As Certified By The ```` Department Of Health (doh); D. Scientific, Technical, Economic, Business, Trade Or Legal Journal, Magazine, Paper, Subscription, Or Other Exclusive Statistical Publications And References; Or E. Media Documentation, Advertisement, Or Announcement Through Television, Radio, Newspaper, Internet, And Other Communication Media. 4. The Successful Best Offer / Financial Proposal Shall Be Submitted On The Date Of The Negotiation Conference And Which Would Meet The Minimum Technical Specifications Required. 5. The Local Government Unit Of Jasaan, Bids And Award Committee (bac) Will Hold The Negotiation Conference On 19 November 2024 At 10:00 Am At The Administrative Conference Room, 2nd Floor, New Municipal Hall Building, Upper Jasaan, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental. 6. Three (3) Copies Of The Proposals (original Copy, Copy No. 1 And Copy No. 2) Must Be Submitted During The Negotiation Conference. A. Eligibility And Technical Documents A.
