Description Invitation To Bid For The Installation Of Municipal Streetlighting System In Poblacion 1. The Municipality Of Isulan, Through The 20% Development Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Nine Hundred Thirty-six Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-one Pesos & 80/100 Only (₱2,936,921.80) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Installation Of Municipal Streetlighting System In Poblacion/ Gfw-2024-09-46. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Isulan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Is 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
