The Local Government Unit Of Hinigaran, Through 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of ₱ 2,600,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Professional Services For The Preparation Of Various Plans And Acquisition Of Appropriate Permits From Government Agencies For The Implementation Of Priority Economic Development And Environmental Protection Projects Of The Municipality Of Hinigaran, Negros Occidental (contract No. (100-2024-009-051) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Hinigaran Now Invites Bids For The Professional Services For The Preparation Of Various Plans And Acquisition Of Appropriate Permits From Government Agencies For The Implementation Of Priority Economic Development And Environmental Protection Projects Of The Municipality Of Hinigaran, Negros Occidental; Completion Of The Works Is Required To End After 120 Days (5 Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
