Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Hinigaran Now Invites Bids For Labor And Materials For The Completion Of Toilet At Municipal Building Municipal Hall, Municipality Of Hinigaran, Negros Occidental. Completion Of The Works Is Required To End After 60 Days (5 Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed).
