The Municipal Government Of Hinabangan, Through The General Fund- Mooe-mayor’s Office Other Mooe Cy 2024 As Per Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 Series Of 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (php562,500.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Catering Services And Provision Of Food Packs For The Conduct Of Hinabangan Town Fiesta Celebration 2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Hinabangan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project Which Includes The Following To Wit; Item No. Description Quantity Unit Of Issue 1 Catering Service (lunch) Vesper Day 500 Pax 2 Food Packs (vesper Day Parade) 1500 Pax 3 Food Packs (different Activities) 150 Pax Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Seven (7) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
