The Municipal Government Of Hinabangan, Through The Mdrrm Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Eighty Two Thousand Pesos Only (php582,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Provision Of Catering Services For The Conduct Of Training On Community - Based Drrm (cbdrrm). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Hinabangan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project Which Includes The Following To Wit; Item No. Description Quantity Unit Of Issue Meals For 12 Days ( 95 Pax Per Day) 1 Am Snacks 1140 Pax 2 Lunch 1140 Pax 3 Pm Snacks 1140 Pax 4 Dinner ( 4 Resource Speakers) 48 Pax Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Twelve (12) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
