Purchase Of Materials For The Repair Of Hilongos National ₱ 141,700.00 School Perimeter Fence (30 Meters Long) Phase I Vocational School 2. Procurement Of Materials For The Construc- Naval National 21,696.00 Tion Of Perimeter Fence Phase Ii High School Total ₱ 163,396.00 With Identification No. Hilongos Sef-2024-07-126. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Hilongos Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 15 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
