Bantad Gumaca, Quezon Brief Description : Covered Court Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) : Php 500,000.00 Bid Must Be Lower Than : Php 500,000.00 Funding Source : 20% Municipal Development Fund - Continuing Contract Duration : 60 Calendar Days Prospective Bidders Should Possess A Valid License Applicable To The Contact, Have Completed A Similar Contract With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Abc, And Have Key Personnel And Equipment (listed In The Eligibility Forms) Available For The Prosecution Of Contract. Approval Of Resolution/issuance Of Notice Of Award January 30 - February 03, 2025 9. Contract Preparation & Signing February 04 - 17, 2025, Provided Documentary Requirements Stated In R.a 9184, Section 37.2.3 Has Been Fully Complied With 10. Issuance Of Notice To Proceed February 18 - 24, 2025 The Bac Will Issue To Prospective Bidders Eligibility Forms At Office Of The Bac Secretariat, Municipal Building Gumaca, Quezon, Upon Their Payment Of A Non-refundable Amount Of Three Hundred Pesos (php 300.00) To The Municipal Treasurer’s Office Cashier. Prospective Bidders Shall Submit The Eligibility Requirements To The Bac At The Said Address. They May Also Obtain The Results Of The Eligibility Check By The Bac At The Same Address. The Bac Will Issue Bidding Documents Only To The Bidders Declared By The Bac To Be Eligible For The Bidding Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Amount Of 500.00 To The Municipal Treasurer’s Office Cashier.
