Contract Name: Improvement Of Sport Facilities Contract Location: Guimbal, Iloilo Brief Description: Sport Facilities Approved Budget For The Contract (abc): Php 1,600,000.00 Source Of Funds: General Fund Contract Duration: 60 Calendar Days Cost Of Contract Bidding Documents: P 2,000.00 The Bac Is Conducting The Public Bidding For This Contract In Accordance With Ra 9184 And Its Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations. To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 75% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation With Pcab License For Size Range, (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc. The Local Government Unit Of Guimbal Will Use Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria In The Eligibility Check, Preliminary Examination Of Bids, Evaluation Of Bids, Post-qualification, And Award. Contract Will Be Awarded To The Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid As Determined In The Bid Evaluation And Post-qualification. Bidders Shall Pay The Bac A Non-refundable Fee In The Amount As Indicated Above, Upon Securing Hard Copies Of The Documents. Bid Security In The Form Of Bid-securing Declaration Must Indicate The Validity Period Of One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days From The Date Of Opening Of Bid.
