The Municipality Of Governor Generoso, Through The Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Twenty-nine Thousand One Hundred Seventy Pesos (php229,170.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Kitchen Utensils For Feeding, Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental With Identification Number 01-2024-010.bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Governor Generoso Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 60 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
