The Local Government Unit Of General Tinio, Nueva Ecija, Through The 20% Development Fund For Year 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eighteen Million Pesos (php 18,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Sitio Pahalang To Nazareth Road Phase I (sanitary Landfill To Irenea Estates Subdivision) . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of General Tinio, Nueva Ecija Now Invites Bids For The Above Road Construction. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
