Macarthur, Through The 5% Ldrrm Fund And Special Trust Fund 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Two Hundred Nine Pesos And 35/100 Only (php 893,209.35) Being The Approved Budget Of Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Canal At Barangay 01, Poblacion Gen. Macarthur, Eastern Samar . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Project. Completion Of Works Is Required 38 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In Bidding Documents, Particularly In Instruction To Bidders. 3.
