Procurement Of Services For Events & Production Management– Abc Php 1,800,000.00 Bids Higher Than The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Competitive Bidding Procedures In Accordance With The Criteria Stated In The Implementing Rules And Regulations Of R.a. 9184 Otherwise Known As The Government Procurement Reform Act. The Short Listed Bidders Shall Consist Only Of Three (3) Prospective Bidders. Those Bids Of The Shortlisted Bidders Will Only Be Opened.
