Description Invitation To Bid For The Construction Of Mult-purpose Building In Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija 1. The Lgu Gabaldon, Through The Local Government Support Fund – Financial Assistance To Lgu (lgsf-falgu), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twelve Million Pesos Only (p 12,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Mult-purpose Building In Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija With Project Identification Number 08282024-01, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening 2. The Lgu Gabaldon Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days 3. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 5. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Lgu Gabaldon And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From Monday To Friday At 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm. 6.
