Description 1. The Municipality Of Esperanza, Masbate Through Local Government Support Fund-support To Barangay Development Program (lgsf-sbdp) Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-nine Pesos And 93/100 (₱4,999,969.93) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Concreting Of Farm-to-market Road At Guadalupe, Esperanza, Masbate With Project Reference Number (prn) Of Esperanza-inf-2024-12-21. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Esperanza, Masbate Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Sixty-five (65) Calendar Days From The Start Of The Project. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a.) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” 4.
