The Municipality Of Esperanza, Masbate Through The Appropriation Ordinance No. 3, Series Of 2023 Under The Office Of The Municipal General Services Officer Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Sixty Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos And 81/100 Only (₱560,750.81) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of 7,287.21 Liters Of Diesel, With Project Reference Number (prn) Of Esperanza-gds-2024-02-05. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Esperanza, Masbate Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of 7,287.21 Liters Of Diesel, With Project Reference Number (prn) Of Esperanza-gds-2024-02-05, With The Following Specifications: Item No. Qty. Unit Description A 7,287.21 Liters Diesel Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be Delivered For A Period Of Three (3) Months From Receipt Of Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Thirteen (13) Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
