Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Esperanza, Now Invites Bids For The Project Construction Of Child Development Center Building At Sitio San Jose, Barangay Maasin, Esperanza, Agusan Del Sur. Completion Of The Works Is Required By 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Single Contract Similar To The Contract To Be Bid.
