Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Esperanza, Now Invites Bids For The Project Construction Of Multi – Purpose Drying Pavement With Mpos At Barangay Dacutan, Esperanza, Agusan Del Sur. Completion Of The Works Is Required By 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Single Contract Similar To The Contract To Be Bid.
