The Municipality Of Esperanza, Through The Municipal Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php 350,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement Of Facilities (canal Drainage System)/contract Id No. Esp-infra-26-2024 At Mdrrmo Compound, Barangay Poblacion, Esperanza, Agusan Del Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Esperanza, Now Invites Bids For The Project Improvement Of Facilities (line Canal Drainage System) At Mdrrmo Compound Barangay Poblacion, Esperanza, Agusan Del Sur. Completion Of The Works Is Required By 35 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Single Contract Similar To The Contract To Be Bid. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
