The Gender Sensitivity Orientation Will Equip Participants With The Knowledge And Skills To Understand And Address Gender-based Issues, Empowering Them To Lead With Empathy, Promote Equality And Deliver Effective And Responsive Governance. Also, The Benchmarking And Team-building Activities Will Further Enhance The Organization's Effectiveness. By Comparing Practices With Other Successful Cities, The Execom Members And Focal Persons Will Identify Areas For Improvement And Adopt Best Practices And Be Able To Replicate It. Moreover, The Team-building Activities Of The Execom Members And Focal Persons Will Foster Cohesion, Enhance Communication, Develop Problem-solving Skills, And Promote Leadership And Empowerment Which Ultimately Create A More Positive And Productive Work Environment.
