The Local Government Unit (lgu) Of Dipaculao, Aurora, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Invites Contractors To Apply To Bid For The Following Contracts: 1. A) Contract Id.: 2024-10-01 B) Contract Name: Potable Water System (brgy. Ipil) C) Contract Location: Barangay Ipil, Dipaculao, Aurora D) Approved Budget For The Contract (abc): Php 600,000.00 E) Scope Of Works: Construction Of Water Source (deep Well), Construction Of Water Line And Electrical (deep Well), Construction Of Pumphouse, Project Signboard, Occupational Safety And Health. F) Contract Duration: 45 C.d. G) Cost Of Bid Documents: 1000.00 Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures In Accordance With R.a. 9184 And Its Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of Bids. The Bidder Must Purchase Bid Documents And Must Meet The Following Major Criteria. A) Filipino Citizen Of 75% Filipino-owned Partnership, Corporation, Cooperative, Or Joint Venture With Pcab License Applicable To The Type And Cost Of The Contract. B) Completion Of At Least Two (2) Years Back Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of Abc To Be Bid. C) Net Financial Contracting Capacity At Least Equal To Abc Or Credit Line Commitment (clc) For At Least 10% Of Abc.
