The Local Government Unit (lgu) Of Dipaculao, Aurora, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Invites Contractors To Apply To Bid For The Following Contracts: 1. A) Contract Id. Pr No. 100-24-08-331 B) Name Of Project: Supply And Delivery Of Meals And Snacks/supplies And Materials/other Supplies (training Indigent/unemployed Women) C) Contract Location: Lgu Dipaculao, Aurora D) Approved Budget For The Contract: Abc 156,000.00 E) Contract Duration: 30 C.d. Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order/job Order. F) Cost Of Bid Documents: P500.00 Procurement Will Be Conducted Through Request For Quotation (rfq) Procedures In Accordance With R.a. 9184 And Its Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). Request For Quotation Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of Request For Quotation. The Supplier Documents Shall Meet The Following Major Criteria. A) Filipino Citizen Of 75% Filipino-owned Partnership, Corporation, Cooperative, Or Joint Venture With Pcab License Applicable To The Type And Cost Of The Contract. B) Completion Of At Least One (1) Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of Abc To Be Bid. C) Net Financial Contracting Capacity At Least Equal To Abc Or Credit Line Commitment (clc) For At Least 10% Of Abc. D) Bir Registration/tax Clearance E) Dti F) Mayor’s Permit G) Philgeps Registration The Bac Will Send Rfq (request For Quotation) To Different Suppliers Or The Supplier Will Request The Rfq Form For The Said Procurement: 1. Bac Office Prospective Suppliers Shall Submit Their Duly Accomplishment Forms As Specified In The Instructions Sealed Envelopes To The Bac Chairman. The Lgu-dipaculao Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Bid, To Annul The Procurement Process, And To Reject All Rfq At Any Time Prior To Contract/purchase Order, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Suppliers.
