Description Invitation To Bid 1. The Lgu - Dingle, Through The Local Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Sixty-eight Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (₱268,800.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Purchase And Delivery Of Steel Forms For Road Concreting For Various Projects, Dingle, Iloilo. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu - Dingle Through The Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Purchase And Delivery Of Steel Forms For Road Concreting For Various Projects, Dingle, Iloilo. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations Part A (irr-a) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
