No. Gds-25-006. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipal Government Of Daraga, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of T-shirts And Attires For Cagsawa Festival 2025. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 5 Calendar Days. The Prospective Bidder Must Have Completed A Single Largest Contract That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid, And Whose Value, Adjusted To Current Prices Using The Philippine Statistics Authority (psa) Consumer Price Indices, Completed Within The Last Three Years And, Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Be Bid. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
