The Municipality Of Consolacion, Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Ninety-three Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-eight Pesos And 30/100 (p 293,788.30) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Repair And Maintenance Of Municipal Covered Court At Poblacion Occidental, Consolacion, Cebu. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Consolacion Now Invites Bids For Repair And Maintenance Of Municipal Covered Court At Poblacion Occidental, Consolacion, Cebu. Completion Of The Works Is Required 30cd. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bid, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
