The Municipality Of Consolacion, Through The Sb #2 - 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Pesos (p 10,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Supply Of Materials, Labor And Equipment For The Project Of Construction Of Jail (phase 1) Located At Panas, Consolacion, Cebu. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Consolacion Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Required Is 180cd. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
