The Municipality Of Compostela, Through The Local Expenditure Program (sports Program Cy 2025) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Three Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (p1,375,400.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract Purchase Of Meals And Snacks For Davao De Oro Provincial Athletic Association Meet 2025 With Project Identification No. 2025-003-epa. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Compostela Now Invites Bids For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within The Duration Of The Activity. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
