The Local Government Unit Of Claveria, Misamis Oriental, Through The Approved Budget Approved By The Sanggunian Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php410,420.50 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
