The Municipality Of Cateel, Through The Lgsf-sbdp Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (p 3, 800, 000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of New Potable Water System Level Iii At Proper, Abejod, Cateel, Davao Oriental With Project Identification Number Infra-2024-026. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Cateel Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 105 Days To Complete The Project. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
