Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Iloilo Municipality Of Carles Invitation To Bid 1.0 The Municipal Government Of Carles, Province Of Iloilo Through Its Gender And Development (gad) Fund Of Mho Cy 2022 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Mingo Complementary Food For Children (c/o Gad Fund - Mho). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.0 The Municipal Government Of Carles Now Invites Bid For The Mingo Complementary Food For Children (c/o Gad Fund - Mho). Completion Of The Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii – Eligibility Documents. 3.0 Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.0 Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Bid And Awards Committee, And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 A.m.
