The Municipality Of Capoocan, Leyte, Through The 20% Df Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Seven Pesos And 55 /100 Only (php999,957.55) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation Of Damaged Flood Control In Brgy. Culasian. For The Purpose Of Early Procurement Authorized Under Section 7.6 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Rerpublic Act (ra) No. 9184, The Proposed Budget Under The Fy 2025 Local Expenditure Program, Shall Be Used As Basis. Further, Consistent With The Requirement In The Same Section7.6, No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The Appropriation Ordinance Covering The Fy 2025 Annual Budget. The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Appropriation For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Capoocan, Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project.
