Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Leyte Municipality Of Capoocan -ooo- Capoocan Bids And Award Committee Invitation To Bid For Improvement Of Multi-purpose Building (brgy. Sto. Niño) 1. The Municipality Of Capoocan, Leyte, Through The 20% Df Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twelve Pesos And 57 /100 Only (php499,912.57) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement Of Multi-purpose Building (brgy. Sto. Niño). For The Purpose Of Early Procurement Authorized Under Section 7.6 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Rerpublic Act (ra) No. 9184, The Proposed Budget Under The Fy 2025 Local Expenditure Program, Shall Be Used As Basis. Further, Consistent With The Requirement In The Same Section7.6, No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The Appropriation Ordinance Covering The Fy 2025 Annual Budget. The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Appropriation For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Capoocan, Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 17 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Municipality Of Capoocan, Leyte And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 Am – 5:00 Pm – Monday -friday From December 11-31, 2024. If Not The Proprietor, Persons Authorized By The Supplier To Purchase And Drop Bidding Documents In His/her Behalf, Are Required To Submit A Notarized Authorization Letter Along With A Valid Identification. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On December 11-31, 2024 From Given Address And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Five Hundred Pesos Only (php500.00). 5.
