The Municipal Government Of Calumpit, Through The 5% Ldrrm Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (p 2,999,620.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The ''prepositioning Of Rice For Relief Operations'' (project Id No. 2024-10-33-goods). The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Appropriation For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Calumpit Now Invites Bids For The Above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required As Specified In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements) Of The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed Within The Period Of November 04, 2020 To November 03, 2024 A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
