Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Bulacan Municpality Of Calumpit Invitation To Bid For “hauling And Tipping Of Solid Waste In Calumpit, Bulacan To A Denr-accredited Landfill” 1. The Municipal Government Of Calumpit, Through The General Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twelve Million Pesos Only (₱12,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “hauling And Tipping Of Solid Waste In Calumpit, Bulacan To A Denr-accredited Landfill” (project Id No. 2024-07-21-goods). The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Appropriation For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Calumpit Now Invites Bids For The Above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required As Specified In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements) Of The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed Within The Period Of August 5, 2020 To August 4, 2024 A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
