The Municipal Government Of Calumpit, Through The General Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Four Hundred Eighty & 75/100 Pesos Only(p 995,480.75) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The ''purchase Of Office Supplies For Use Of Various Municipal Offices'' (project Id No. 2024-10-35-goods). The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Appropriation For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Calumpit Now Invites Bids For The Above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required As Specified In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements) Of The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed Within The Period Of October 31, 2020 To October 30, 2024 A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
