Create Web -based Admin Dashboard And Reporting And Billing 4. Build A Mobile App With Quasar Framework With Internet Connectivity 5. Successful Test Of The Development System With User Friendly Interface And Streamlined Data 6. Delivery Of Fully Functioned, End-to-end Billing Solutions 7. Operational Maintenance Of The System The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is 150,000.00 The Consulting Service Must Have The Minimum Requirements Such As Mayor’s Permit, Dti, Philgeps Registration No., Bir Registration, With Enough Manpower, With Track Record Of Having Been Able To Develop The Same System. Upon Successful Testing And Delivery Of The System, The Consulting Service Shall Be Paid The Amount Of P150,000.00 Equivalent To The Abc.
