The Local Government Unit Of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, Through The Ordinance No. 13 Series Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Seven Hundred Eighty-six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-five Pesos & 64/100 (php7,786,675.64) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Tobacco Curing And Processing Facility (curing Barn) 30 Units, Municipal Wide With Contract No. 2024-12-006. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 245 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3.
