The Local Government Unit Of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, Through The Ordinance No. 14 Series Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million Nine Hundred Forty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-nine Pesos & 76/100 (php9,947,969.76) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction And Improvement Of Farm To Market Roads (fmr), Municipal Wide With Contract No. 2024-12-005. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 40 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
