Description Invitation To Bid No. 2025-013 Re-gravelling And Maintenance Of Farm-to-market Road At Brgy. Sta. Isabel, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija 1. The Municipality Of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija, Through The General Fund Fy 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos Only (php 1,000,000.00), Inclusive Of Vat, Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Re-gravelling And Maintenance Of Farm-to-market Road At Brgy. Sta. Isabel, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija With Project Id No. 2025-013. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Award Of The Contract Is Subject To The Effectivity Of The Appropriation Ordinance Of The Annual Budget For Fy 2025. The Bidder, Therefore, Are Herewith Informed Of The Following: A. The Municipality Of Cabiao Will Evaluate The Bid Proposal And Determine The Winning Bidder. The Financial Bid Proposal Of The Winning Bidder Will Be The Contract Price/amount Which Is Considered Fixed Price. The Notice Of Award (noa) Will Only Be Issued Upon The Approval Of The Bac Resolution Recommending The Award Of Contract. B. Would There Be A Delay In The Award As Affected By The Possible Delay In The Approval, The Bid Validity As Specified In The Bidding Documents (which Is A Maximum Of 120 Calendar Days), The Winning Bidder May Be Requested To Extend The Bid Validity, The Bid Submitted By Said Bidder Will Be Rejected. 2. The Municipality Of Cabiao Now Invites Bids For The Above Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of An Approved Purchase Order In Accordance With The Delivery Schedule Under Section Vi Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Past Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). For The Technical Specifications, See Section Vii. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders May Inspect And Download The Bidding Documents As Posted On The Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (philgeps). Order Of Payment Form For The Said Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On January 14 To February 3, 2025 From The Office Of The Municipal Budget And Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos Only (php 5,000.00) At The Municipal Treasurer’s Office.   5. The Municipality Of Cabiao Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On January 22, 2025, 10:00 A.m., At Drrm Office, Municipal Compound, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija. 6. Bid Must Duly Receive By The Bac Secretariat Through Manual Submission On Or Before February 3, 2025, 9:00 A.m. At Municipal Budget Office, Municipal Hall, San Juan North, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 7. Bid Opening Shall Be On February 3, 2025, 10:00 A.m. At Mdrrm Office, Municipal Compound, San Juan North, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija. 8.
