The Local Government Unit Of Cabanglasan, Bukidnon, Through The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty-one Pesos And 67/100 Only (php 907,341.67) For The Purchase Of Materials For Installation Of Street Lights At Poblacion Lot 1,2 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Pb 2025-06 With Details As Follows; Lot No. Item Discription Approved Budget For The Contract 1 Solar Streetlights 769,500.00 2 Contraction Materials 137,841.67 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Cabanglasan, Bukidnon Now Invites Bids For Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Including Installation Is Required By Ten (10) Working Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. A. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 4.
