The Local Government Unit Of Cabanglasan, Bukidnon, Through The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Forty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-eight Pesos (php 347,968.00) For The Purchase Of Materials For Construction Of Multi-purpose Building (cemetery) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Pb 2024-22. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Cabanglasan, Bukidnon Now Invites Bids For Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Including Installation Is Required By Ten (10) Working Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. A. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Local Government Unit Of Cabanglasan, Bukidnon And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours From 8:00 A.m To 5:00 P.m. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On October 1-9, 2024 From The Given Address And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb In The Amount Of Five Hundred Pesos Only (php 500.00).
